Week One
INTRODUCTORY Mediation Skills Training
February 12-15 (32 Hours)
An intensive course that teaches NCRC’s classic six
stage facilitative mediation process through a series of
lectures, interactive exercises, and participatory
simulations.
Fee: $950 ($850 if received by January 15)
Week Two
ADVANCED Mediation Skills Training
February 18-21 (28 Hours)
This interactive course builds on skills learned in the
Introductory Mediation Skills Training and introduces
new techniques and supervised one-on-one skills development.
• Addresses impasse, ethical dilemmas, multiple parties
and individuals with high conflict personalities
• Videotaped simulation and critique
• Adaptation of the facilitative model to more evaluative
settings
• Applies towards NCRC Mediator Credential
curriculum (2 mediations)
Fee: $1250 ($1150 if received by January 15)
